Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Executive Chef Eathan Jaax brings his culinary style of classic American cuisine with modern influences to Reserve. Chef Jaax acquired his wine, food and service expertise from experience at 4 Olives Restaurant and Wine Bar in Manhattan, Kansas and as Sous Chef at Siena Tuscan Steakhouse in Wichita. He pulls inspiration from the classic dishes his father and grandmother cooked on the family farm.
